White Chocolate Stars and Stripes

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

1 quart strawberries

2 cups popcorn

2 cups pretzels

3 drops blue food coloring

salt

Begin by melting 1/4 cup white chocolate in a large bowl. Add in the blue food coloring and stir well. Add the popcorn to the bowl and coat the popcorn in the white chocolate. Add salt to taste. Spread the white chocolate popcorn on wax paper and allow it to cool. While the popcorn is setting, melt the rest of the white chocolate chips. Dip the pretzels in the white chocolate and place on wax paper. Once you have dipped all the pretzels, place them on a tray in the fridge to cool. While the popcorn and the pretzels are cooling, slice the strawberries in half. Once the white chocolate is set on the popcorn and pretzels you can begin your tray. Place the popcorn in the upper left corner of the tray. Add a few extra white chocolate chips as the stars of the flag. Next start with the strawberries and lay them in a line on the tray. Then lay the pretzels in a line below the strawberries. Alternate the two until the tray is full. Serve up and enjoy!
