Smoked Whitefish Dip

For Dip:

8 oz. chunked smoked whitefish

1/4 cup mayo

8 oz. chive cream cheese

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tsp. lemon zest

3 tbsp. red onion

2 tbsp. fresh dill

To Dip:

crackers

pita bread

half of a sliced English cucumber

Place all ingredients for the dip in the food processor. Blend until smooth. Scoop dip into a bowl and serve alongside crackers, pita, and sliced cucumbers.
