Star Spangled Silver Gin Fizz

2 egg whites

2 heaping tbsp. of sugar

Juice of one lemon

3 oz. gin

8 ice cubes

1/4 cup raspberry sorbet

toothpicks

1/4 cup blueberries and strawberries

In a blender place the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice, gin and ice cubes. Blend on high until white and foamy. In two coupe style glasses place 2 tbsp. of raspberry sorbet at the bottom. Pour over the silver gin fizz and place a toothpick with strawberries and blueberries on the top. Take a sip and enjoy.
