One Pot Tortellini Bake

1/2 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb. Italian sausage

2 cloves garlic

1 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste

1 24 oz. jar marinara sauce

1 pound cheese tortellini, cooked

1/2 cup mozzarella

1/2 parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese

1/2 cup yellow onion chopped

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In an oven safe skillet brown your beef and sausage. When the meat is halfway cooked, add in the onion. Once the meat is fully cooked and the onion is soft, add in the garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in tomato paste and stir well. Then add in your jar of marinara sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese. Stir in the tortellini and coat all the noodles in sauce. If noodles are not completely submerged in the sauce, add water until they are. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Top with mozzarella and and parmesan. Bake for 10 more minutes or until the cheese is melted. Allow the bake to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
