Julia Child’s Boeuf Bourguignon DGF
Follow the recipe above and simply substitute gluten free flour and dairy free butter for sautéing the onions and mushrooms.
Serve with mashed potatoes
24 oz. mini honey gold potatoes
4 tbsp. dairy free butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup dairy free milk
salt and pepper
Chives
Boil the potatoes until soft. Mash with butter, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Mash well. Garnish with chives. Serve along side your Boeuf Bourguignon and enjoy!
