For Bowl

1 cup corned beef brisket

1/2 cup white rice, cooked

1/4 cup sauerkrat

2 tbsp. green onions

1/2 cup cabbage

1/4 cup carrot ribbons

2 tbsp. Russian Dressing

For Russian Dressing:

1/4 cup Mayo

2 tbsp. Chili sauce

1 tbsp horseradish

1 tbsp. Sweet pickle relish

1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 tsp. Paprika

To cook the corned beef brisket place 1/2 cup to 1 cup of water in the crock pot and the brisket. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. When it is finished cooking shred with two forks.

In a small bowl mix together all the ingredients for the Russian Dressing. In another bowl place the cabbage, 1 tbsp. green onions, and 2 tbsp. of Russian Dressing. Mix the slaw well and set aside. In a bowl layer rice, corned beef brisket, carrots, sauerkrat, and coleslaw. Top with green onions and more Russian Dressing. Take a bite and enjoy!
