For Sandwich:

2 slices deli style bread

6 slices corned beef

1 slice of cheese of your choice

2 tbsp. Sauerkraut

6 bread and butter pickle slices

2 tbsp. Butter

For Russian Dressing:

1/4 cup Mayo

2 tbsp. Chili sauce

1 tbsp horseradish

1 tbsp. Sweet pickle relish

1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 tsp. Paprika

Start by making the Russian dressing. Mix mayo, chili sauce, relish, horseradish, Worcestershire, and paprika in a bowl. Use a nonstick skillet to create a cheese slice with liquid vegan cheese. Simply pour about the amount that would equal to one sandwich slice of cheese. Once it is solid take it off the skillet and set aside. If you have a cheese slice you can skip this step. Next butter one side of each slice of bread and assemble sandwich. Add on corned beef, then cheese, then Russian dressing, sauerkraut, pickles, and a bit more Russian dressing on the other slice of bread. Place sandwich butter side down in a nonstick skillet. Grill each side until lightly brown. Slice in half and eat.
