Pepperoni and Hot Honey Ricotta Pizza
1 gluten free pizza crust
1/4 cup dairy free ricotta
2 tbsp. hot honey
1/2 cup pepperoni
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup dairy free mozzarella
Bake your gluten free pizza dough according to the instructions on the package. In a bowl mix together the ricotta and 1 tbsp of hot honey. Spread an even layer of ricotta on the crust. Then spread a layer of pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni and dairy free mozzarella. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown. Top with a drizzle of hot honey, cut into pieces and enjoy!
