Mustard Brussel Sprouts

For Sprouts:

1 lb. brussel sprouts

olive oil

salt and pepper

For Vinaigrette:

2 tbsp. whole grain mustard

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

1 clove of garlic grated

2 tbsp. olive oil

salt and pepper to taste.

Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees. Coat the brussel sprouts in olive oil and salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they look crispy. While the brussel sprouts are roasting make the vinagrette. Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl. Once the brussel sprouts are done in the oven transfer them to a serving dish. Toss the brussel sprouts in the vinagrette and enjoy!
