Cranberry and Pistachio White Chocolate Bark

9 oz. White chocolate

1/4 cup craisins

1/4 cup pistachios

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Spread on wax paper. Sprinkle the cranberries and pistachios over the top of the melted chocolate. Place in the freezer to harden. Break into pieces and enjoy.
