Cranberry Feta Bites

1 sheet of puff pastry dough

1 cup sugar

1 cup water

zest of half an orange

juice of half an orange

4 cups of cranberries

3 oz. feta

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a large soup pot add in the sugar, water, orange juice, and cranberries. Stir and heat until the cranberries pop and it thickens. Around ten minutes. Remove from heat and allow cranberry sauce to cool. Cut the puff pastry into 1.5 inch x 1.5 inch squares. Place the puff pastry into greased mini muffin tins. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Take the puff pastry out and fill each one with the feta. Place back in the oven to bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow them to cool. Place a small dollop of cranberry sauce on top of the feta filled puff pastry. Arrange on a plate and enjoy!
