There really is no recipe to charcuterie. Assorted meats, cheeses, crackers, and fruits is all you need. Nevertheless, here is what I used in my DGF charcuterie board.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place parmesan in small circles on a silicone baking mat or parchment. The parmesan should be about the size of the crackers you are using on your board. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese starts to turn golden. Allow the parmesan crisps to cool. Next take your board or tray you are using and arrange the big things first on the board. In my case, it was both the cashew cheeses. Once they are in place take a shot glass and fold salami over the rim, overlapping itself until it forms a rose. Tip the glass over and place your salami rose on the board. After, fill in with other meats, cheeses, fruit, and crackers. Enjoy!
