12 slices salami

4 mini Planted Based Babybel Cheeses

1/4 cup sliced Miyokos Cashew Mozzarella

4 slices summer sausage

4 beef sticks

20 Simple Mills Pita Crackers

24 bluberries

16 grapes

Toothpicks

Begin by slicing your mozzarella, Babybel cheese, and summer sausage into triangles. On 4 toothpicks arrange the mozzarella and summer sausage in an alternating pattern. Fold the salami into fourths, and make 4 toothpicks of salami and Babybel cheese in an alternating pattern. Make 8 toothpicks of one grape, three blueberries, and one more grape. Cut your beef sticks in half if they are very long. Next take a clear cup and fill the bottom with the pita crackers. Add in the beef sticks, summer sausage and mozzarella toothpick, and fruit toothpicks to the cup. Balance the salami and Babybel Cheese toothpick across the top of the cup horizontally. Repeat for all cups. This will make 4 charcuterie cups. Serve and enjoy.
