Sea Salt White Chocolate Popcorn
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup white popcorn kernels
2 tbsp. white chocolate chips
1 tsp. sea salt
Pop your popcorn on the stove top in a medium saucepan. Place the popped corn in a large bowl. Melt the white chocolate chips. Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and coat evenly. Evenly coat with sea salt. Taste a few kernels and see if you prefer more salt. Spread the popcorn evenly on a sheet tray and place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Take out of the freezer and transfer to a bowl. Snack.
