Crab Cakes

1 lb. lump crabmeat

1/3 cup mayo

2 tsp. seafood seasoning

2 tsp. dried chives

1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs

Remoulade Sauce

2/3 cup mayo

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. dried chives

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/4 seafood seasoning

Mix all the ingredients for crab cakes together in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Place on a nonstick baking tray. Place in the oven on broil for five minutes a side. Crab cakes should be golden brown. While the crab cakes are baking, mix all the ingredients for the remoulade sauce in a bowl. Once the crab cakes are golden brown, serve them along side the sauce. Enjoy some damn good crab cakes.
