Peppermint Oreo Truffles

8 oz. cream cheese

36 oreos

16 oz. melted white chocolate

1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy canes

Place Oreos in the food processor and pulse until the cookies are fine crumbs. Add the cream cheese and peppermint candy canes. Reserve 2 tbsp. of crushed peppermint candy canes for the top of the truffles. Pulse until well combined. Scoop the mixture out into balls with a small ice cream scoop. Roll the balls in your hand to make spherical. Place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze the truffles for 15 minutes. A few minutes before the freezing time ends melt your chocolate. Take the truffles out of the freezer and dip them in the melted white chocolate. Evenly coat each truffle. Immediately garnish the truffles with the crushed peppermint candies. Place back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate sets. Enjoy!

*I used Gluten Free Oreos, Kite Hill Cream Cheese, and Enjoy Life Mini White Chocolate Chips*.
