Copycat Cheesy Gordita Crunch
6 Mission Soft Shell gluten Free Tortillas
6 hard shell corn taco shells
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1/2 cup of pico de gallo
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 cup lettuce
1/2 cup Vio Life Mexican Shreds Dairy Free cheese
1/2 cup Kite Hill Dairy Free Sour Cream
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a pan cook your ground beef. When it is half way done cooking add in the taco seasoning and mix well. Sprinkle the dairy free cheese all over 6 soft shell tortillas. Place in the oven at 350 degrees to melt for 15 mintues. Once the cheese is melted you can assemble the taco. Start by wrapping the soft shell taco on the outside of the hard shell taco. The melted cheese should help it stick. In the taco add lettuce, beef, cheese, guacamole, and pic de gallo. Repeat for all the tacos. Take a bite, feel the crunch, and enjoy!
