Christmas Crack
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 boxes of pita crackers (I used 56 crackers)
1 9 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
holiday sprinkles
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cover a sheet pan in parchment paper. Spread out crackers in an even layer across a sheet pan. Melt the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan on the stove. Stir frequently. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Stir while it is boiling for 3 minutes. Pour the brown sugar and butter mixture evenly over the crackers. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Immediately spread the chocolate chips evenly over the crackers. Spread the chocolate into a thin even layer. Add holiday sprinkles. Allow to cool and harden for 2 hours. Break apart and enjoy.
