Blue Devils

9 hard boiled eggs

1/4 cup mayo

2 teaspoons dijon

4 tablespoons blue cheese

1/4 cup crumbled bacon

chives for garnish

Take the egg yolks out of the egg whites. Place the egg whites to the side. Save a little bit of bacon and blue cheese for garnish. Mash the egg yolks with the mayo, dijon, blue cheese, and bacon. Once everything is well combined you can spoon the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with remaining bacon, blue cheese, and chives. Enjoy!
