Chicken Pesto BLT
2 GF Canyon Bake House Sub Roll
1 chicken breast, cooked, sliced horizontally in two pieces
1/4 cup pesto
4 slices tomato
2 romaine lettuce leaves
4 slices bacon, cooked
2 tbsp. mayo
Mix 2 tbsp. of mayo with 2 tbsp. of pesto. Toast your sub roll. Slice the roll in half. On one side slather the pesto mayo. On top of the mayo, add tomato, lettuce, chicken, and bacon. On the other slice of bread slather 1 tbsp. of pesto. Place the top of the bread on the sandwich. Repeat for second sandwich. Slice both in half and enjoy!
