Bagels and Lox Cream Cheese Board

Bagels and Lox Cream Cheese Board

16 oz. cream cheese

6 bagels, toasted and cut into quarters

1 english cucumber

1 red onion

2 lemons

2 tbsp. dill

2 tbsp. chives

1 cup lox (smoked salmon)

2 tbsp. Everything Bagel Seasonsing

1/4 tsp. flaky salt

Start by toasting your bagels. I placed them on a sheet tray in and 350 degree oven for 7 minutes, until they were lightly toasted. While the bagels are toasting spread 8 oz of cream cheese on one side of the board. Then mix the other 8 oz. of cream cheese with 2 tbsp. of everything bagel seasoning. Spread it on the other side of the board. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. of chives over the everything bagel cream cheese. Slice the red onion into small half moons. Dice a quarter cup of cucumber and evenly distribute it over the plan cream cheese along with a 1/4 cup of sliced red onion and dill. Slice the remaining onion, cucumber, and tomato and arrange it on the board. Arrange the lox and quarter pieces of bagel on the board too. Dig in!

*I used Kite Hill Dairy Free Cream Cheese and Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Bagels*
