Tahini Puppy Chow

9 cups Rice Chex

1 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup tahini

1/4 cup butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a microwave safe bowl melt butter, tahini, and chocolate chips. Melt in 30 second increments until everything is melted. Add vanilla and stir well to combine. In a large bowl add your cereal. Drizzle the melted chocolate tahini mixture over the cereal. Evenly coat all the cereal in the chocolate tahini mixture. Once the cereal is coated, transfer it to a paper bag and add in powdered sugar. Shake the bag until all the cereal is evenly coated with powdered sugar. Add more powdered sugar if needed. Dump back in a bowl and enjoy.
