Shrimp Tostada

2/3 cup raw shrimp

2 tostadas

1 avocado

1/4 cup pico de gallo

2 tbsp. Chipotle Bitchin’ Sauce

2 tbsp. corn salsa

salt and pepper

Begin by seasoning your shrimp. Cook them in a sauté pan for a few minutes on each side. Next place two tostadas on a plate. Slather the Chipotle sauce on the bottom of the tostadas. Place the shrimp on top of the chipotle sauce. Top the shrimp with avocado, pico de gallo, and corn salsa. Take a bite and enjoy.
