Quick Microwave Spiced Nuts
1 tbsp. dairy free butter/or dairy filled
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup nuts (I used pistachios)
1/8 tsp. salt (do not add if your nuts are already salted)
In a glass bowl, melt the butter. Add in the spices and whisk well. Dump in the nuts and coat well. Place in the microwave for 1 minute increments, stirring in between each one. Do this for three minutes. Let the nuts cool for five minutes and enjoy.
