Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Peanut Butter Energy Bites
1 cup gluten free oatmeal
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then with a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and form into a ball. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used. Then take a bite!
