Peanut Butter Blossoms
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Gluten Free AP Flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 bags Planted Based Reese’s
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, beat together sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, vegetable shortening, and egg. Cream all these ingredients together. In a smaller bowl stir together GF flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms. Scoop dough with a small ice cream scoop. Roll into a ball and roll the ball in sugar. Repeat with all the dough. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. While the cookies are baking, unwrap all the Reese’s. Once the cookies are baked immediately place the Reese’s in middle of the cookie and press them down on the cookie. Allow the cookies to cool and enjoy!
