Peach Cherry Caprese

2 peaches, diced

10-15 cherries, pitted, and diced

1/2 a cup of mozzarella, cubed

1/4 cup red onion, diced

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. balsamic glaze

Pit your cherries using a straw. Dice the peaches, cherries, cheese, and red onion. Place all of them in a bowl. Stir to combine. Add in olive oil and balsamic glaze, stir to combine again. Drizzle with glaze for garnish. Serve up and enjoy!

*I used Miyokos Cashew Milk Dairy Free Mozzarella.*
