Jalapeño Poppers with Bang Bang Sauce

4 jalapeños

8 strips of bacon

6 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp. sriracha

1/4 cup mayo

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar

1/4 tsp. red pepper

Start by preheating your air fryer to 380 degrees. Mix together your cream cheese, 2 tbsp. of sweet chili sauce, and 1 1/2 tsp. of sriracha. Slice your jalapeños in half and remove the seeds and ribs. Fill each half with the cream cheese mixture. Once they are are filled, wrap each jalapeño in bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary. Place in the air fryer for 10-15 minutes until the bacon is crispy. While the jalapeños are cooking make the Bang Bang Sauce. Mix together the mayo, 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. of sriracha, garlic, white vinegar, and red pepper. Once it is well combined place it in a dish for dipping. When the jalapeño poppers are done and the bacon is crispy allow them to cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve the jalapeño popper along side the Bang Bang Sauce and enjoy!

You can also make these in the oven if you don’t have an air fryer. Place them in the oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
