Green Goddess Pinwheels

2 tortillas

8 slices of ham or preferred protein

1 sliced roma tomato

1 mini cucumber, sliced into spears

1 sliced avocado

1/4 cup chive cream cheese

1/2 tsp. dried dill

1 tsp. dried parsley

1/4 tsp. minced garlic

1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

1/4 freshly ground black pepper

1 green onion

Begin by making the green goddess cream cheese. Place the cream cheese in a small bowl. Mix in the dill, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, fresh green onion and black pepper. Mix well. Place two tortillas down and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the whole tortilla. Add on the ham, cucumber, tomato, and avocado. Roll up tightly. Place toothpicks in the roll about an inch apart from one another. Cut the roll into pinwheels in between the toothpicks. Serve up and enjoy!
