Brownie Mug Cake DGF

3 tbsp. sugar

3 tbsp. gluten free flour

1.5 tbsp. cocoa powder

1.5 tbsp. vegetable oil

3 tbsp. almond milk

1/4 tsp. vanilla

Dump the sugar, flour, and cocoa powder in the bottom of a mug. Whisk together. Add in the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla. Stir until well combined. Cook in the microwave for 60 seconds. Add an additional 10 seconds as necessary until you no longer see any raw batter. Top with whatever you like and enjoy!
