Mom’s Stuffed Mushrooms
12 oz. Baby bella mushrooms
8 oz. chive cream cheese
8 oz. cooked sausage
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Clean the mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Remove the stem from each mushroom and set aside in a bowl. When all the stems are removed place all the destemmed mushrooms in a greased oven safe dish. In the food processor, blend the mushrooms stems, cream cheese, and sausage until smooth. Scoop the mixture into the the caps of the mushrooms. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Let cool. Pop one in your mouth and enjoy.
