Chicken Caesar Wraps with Parmesan Crisps

2 tortillas

1/2 cup of Caesar dressing (Caesar Dressing Recipe)

1- 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

4-6 frozen chicken tenders

1-1 1/2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and cook your chicken tenders according to the directions on the bag. Next, sprinkle 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese onto a nonstick parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. The cheese should be in the shape of a circle and be about 2 inches in diameter. Repeat the process so you have 8 crisps on the baking sheet. Place the cheese in the oven with the chicken for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is slightly golden brown. Take out and let them cool. Take out the chicken and let it cool too. In a bowl, place the romaine lettuce and 3 tbsp. of parmesan cheese. Coat the lettuce and cheese with the caesar dressing. In each tortilla spoon 1 tbsp. of dressing down the center of the tortilla. Evenly distribute the dressed salad mixture. Add the chicken tenders on top. Then break apart the parmesan crisps and add them on top of the chicken tenders. Roll up the wraps, cut in half, and taste.
