Caesar Dressing

Caesar Dressing

1 clove of garlic

3 egg yolks

2 squeezes of anchovy paste

1 tsp. dijon mustard

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp parmesan or nutritional yeast

black pepper to taste

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Put everything but the vegetable oil in a food processor or blender. Blend until combined. Continue to blend the ingredients and slowly drizzle in the vegetable oil so the dressing begins to emulsify. Once all the oil has been incorporated place the dressing in a jar and use for your salad.
