Big Mac Tacos

For the Big Mac Tacos:

4 BFree naan breads

1 lb. ground beef

1 cup dairy free cheese of choice

1/3 cup onions

1 cup lettuce

salt and pepper

For the Big Mac Sauce:

1 cup mayonnaise

4 tablespoons pickle relish

3 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

1 1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Heat a large skillet on medium high on the stove. Split the ground beef into 1/4 lb. chunks and season it with salt and pepper. Take 1/4 pound of ground beef and press it onto one side of the naan bread so it is almost covering the entire surface. Place the naan bread, meat side down, on the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip over and immediately add cheese to the top of the meat. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until the cheese is melted. While the taco is cooking, mix together all the ingredients for the Big Mac Sauce in a bowl, and mix well. Dice the onion and the lettuce. Once the cheese is melted remove the tacos from the heat and add the Big Mac Sauce, onion, and lettuce. Dig in!
